Referral forms are to be filled out by your doctor and given to you if a home sleep test or treatment is required. Upon referral, a Sleep Well Specialist will contact you to book an appointment at one of our locations that is most convenient for you. In British Columbia the government medical services plan does not provide coverage to purchase CPAP equipment. However, the CPAP equipment is covered by the majority of extended health insurance companies listed below:
Installment Payments
